Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • ✅ Must be unused and in the original packaging

  • ✅ Sealed and in resalable condition

  • ✅ Must be returned with original invoice or proof of purchase

  • ❌ We do not accept returns on temperature-sensitive or refrigerated products such as Botox or dermal fillers unless damaged during transit


❄️ Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on the following:

  • Opened or used aesthetic products

  • Injectables, toxins, or medical devices requiring cold chain

  • Custom or special orders

  • Items returned after 7 days


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at info@botoxsupplier.com with:

    • Your order number

    • A brief reason for the return

    • Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

  2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the packaging and product

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs


❗ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or payment account again

  2. Contact your bank or credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted)

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@botoxsupplier.com
